InsMark is pleased to announce special rates for registered participants through Wednesday, February 7, 2018. However, there is no guarantee that rooms will still be available until the cut-off. Therefore, we encourage you to make your hotel reservation immediately. Please do not book rooms outside of the InsMark block or we may incur attrition and penalty charges. InsMark will impose a $150 service fee to all symposium attendees who do not stay at the selected hotel. This fee is waived for local residents who are within driving distance to the InsMark Symposium.
Room Rate: $175 single/double per night (plus 14% tax and $20 resort fee). Rate includes resort fee that covers shuttle services (to and from airport and Vegas Strip), access to the hotel’s spa amenities (steam room, sauna, Jacuzzi), access to fitness center, and internet access in your room.

Hotel Confirmation and Cancellation Policy: A deposit equal to one night’s room and tax is required to hold each individual’s reservation. Such deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation for the date(s) indicated and upon check-in, shall be applied to the first night of the reserved stay.
This deposit is refundable if notice is received at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.
