If you are installing your Systems for the first time, download the InsMark Installation Utility which will detect which product you are licensed for and prompt you to install each of your licensed products. You will need your Serial Number to install your Systems. This information is sent to you in an email. If you can not find your Serial Number, contact us using one of the options at the top of this page.

InsMark Installation Utility

Download and run this utility which steps you through the installation of all InsMark illustration systems and Documents On a Disk for which you are licensed to use.

List of installations included in the InsMark Installation Utility:

InsMark Carrier Link Snap-Ons: This provides you with updated information for your specific InsMark Carrier Link Snap-Ons.

InsMark Renewal Update: Reinstates any of your expired InsMark Systems. If you are not current on maintenance, contact InsMark's Customer Service Department at (925) 543-0507 to reinstate your application.

Monthly Applicable Federal Rate Update: Installs the Leveraged Compensation System and Loan-Based Split Dollar modules with the current IRC Applicable Federal Rate.

Wealthy and Wise: Installs the most current version of Wealthy and Wise. For full details of the new features in Wealthy and Wise, refer to the selection, "What’s New in Wealthy and Wise", located under Help on the main menu bar.

Leveraged Compensation System: Installs the most current version of the Leveraged Compensation System (formerly the Loan-Based Deferred Compensation System). For full details of the new features in Leveraged Compensation, refer to the selection, "What’s New in Leveraged Compensation", located under Help on the main menu bar.

Loan-Based Split Dollar System: Installs the most current version of the Loan-Based Split Dollar System (formerly the Section 7872 System).

Premium Financing System: Installs the most current version of the Premium Financing System. For full details of the new features in the Premium Financing System, refer to the selection, "What’s New in Premium Financing", located under Help on the main menu bar.

Documents On A Disk®: Installs the most current version of Documents On a Disk (DOD).

InsMark Illustration System: Installs the most current version of the InsMark Illustration System. For full details of the new features in the InsMark Illustration System, refer to the selection, "What’s New in This Version", located under Help on the main menu bar.

Life Plan System: For full details of the new features in Life Plan, refer to the selection, "What’s New in This Version", located under Help on the main menu bar.

Live Update

If Live Update is not working properly, sometimes only flashing in the background and stopping, download this Update. If after running this utility you still have a problem, it may be from your firewall. If you need help with a firewall issue, call our customer service department at 925-543-0507 for help.

Wealth Preservation Video installed with Wealthy and Wise - (August 2006)

If you are experiencing errors when launching the Wealth Preservation Video, it may be a result of not having a DVD drive. This download will install a version of the video that will run on computers not equipped with a DVD drive.

The format is lower resolution and will look grainy when enlarged to fit the whole screen. On the plus side, however, it is a much smaller download than the DVD version and should download pretty fast.

Applicable Federal Rate (AFR) Update

(No Download needed)

You no longer need to update your AFR rates via a special code. Our Live Update will automatically update your AFR rates for you. However, if you are getting a message in your system referring you to this site to obtain the most current AFR rate, it is either because the rates have not yet been made available to us by the IRS or Live Update has not been able to check for updates because you have not been connected to the internet.

If you have DSL or have launched your internet service so that Live Update can check for product udpates, then you can ignore the message because your system will be updated as soon as the rates are made available to us. (Click OK to bypass the message in your system that prompts for a download.) Your system will be updated before the first of next month with the AFR rate for next month.

If you have not allowed Live Update to check for updates lately, please go back to the System you were running and select InsMark Live Update from the HELP menu bar.
