The modules on the Executive Benefits tab allow you to illustrate a variety of “top hat” benefit plans including Executive Bonus Plans and Salary Continuation / Deferred Compensation Plans

Included is Executive Trifecta® that utilizes a key executive policy to provide, during pre-retirement years, key executive coverage split between a portion used to indemnify the business and a portion used to provide death-benefit-only survivor income for the executive’s family. For post-retirement years, the arrangement provides for a contractual rollout of the policy to the executive. Executive Trifecta avoids the Final Split Dollar Regulations and Sarbanes-Oxley, and the illustration output includes plans for owner and non-owner key executives of C Corporations, S Corporations, Limited Liability Companies, and Partnerships.

A Key Executive Life Insurance Calculator is also available and is used for establishing the needed amount of Key Executive coverage taking into account any or all of the following: Loss of Annual Net Revenue (or Sales) Due to the Loss of the Current Executive, Difference in Compensation Between the Current and Replacement Executives, Cost to Fund a Survivor Income Benefit for the Surviving Family of the Current Executive as well as  Funds Needed for Stock Redemption, Employer’s Credit Impairment, Cost of an Executive Search Firm, Signing Bonus, and Relocation Package for a Replacement Executive.

Also included is a module named Funding Buyouts with Discounted Dollars which compares funding of buyouts using cash, borrowed funds, and life insurance -- with life insurance the usual winner.
