Premium financing has been around a long time, and the low interest rates created by the market downturn of 2000 created a favorable lending environment which resulted in a surge of sales activity. Business tailed off sharply during the last quarter of 2008 and first quarter of 2009, but producers tell us they are now seeing a resurgence of business activity.

When the policy is owned by an individual or business: a significant amount of life insurance can be obtained at a much reduced cash flow cost.

Premiums: the premiums can be shown paid entirely by bank loan or partially paid by bank loan and partially gifted or paid by policy owner. The second option is most valuable in the lingering tight credit market!
Loan Interest: the loan interest can be shown as accrued, partially gifted or paid by policy owner with the balance accrued, all gifted or paid by policy owner, or paid by policy withdrawals or loans.
The Power of Integrated Presentation:
InsMark’s Premium Financing System integrates elegantly with InsMark’s Wealthy and Wise, a powerhouse sales and communication tool in the retirement planning and estate planning markets. Clients’ premium financing data can be imported into Wealthy and Wise with “exquisite dovetailing” effect in order to analyze and compare “do-it” versus “don’t-do-it” results.
