There are two variations of IRC Section 7872 plans, and both are available as illustration modules in the InsMark Section 7872 Illustration System™. One variation is cast between employers and valued executives (referred to as the Leveraged Benefit Plan™) and the other is cast between private parties (referred to as the Private Leveraged Benefit Plan™). Both variations provide a new way to generate life insurance benefits and equity transfers and both are sanctioned by IRS Notice 2002-8.
