of Power Producers® Marketing System
Power Producers is an Independent
Marketing Organization (IMO) formed by InsMark to serve a core
group of its licensees who specialize in advanced business and
estate techniques. Unlike the typical IMO, a member of Power
Producers is not required (or even encouraged) to utilize
a particular life insurance company. Each member is free to select
whichever carrier serves the client best -- and negotiate and
maintain his or her own contractual relationship with such carriers.
InsMark has negotiated reduction in fees for other
optional services available from outside vendors. InsMark has
also negotiated Power Producer license fee refunds
from several Fee Reimbursement Sponsors, and a list containing
details of production requirements from such sponsors is available.
Benefits of the Power Producer membership
include:
- Licensing of multiple products and services offered by InsMark
- Integrated marketing support for those products and services
- Priority access to senior InsMark officers and legal resources
- Credit against the licensing fee for certain InsMark products
already licensed
- Lead generation* and recruiting assistance**
*Lead generation is a promising aspect of membership
in Power Producers. InsMark believes that many of
its advanced techniques such as Private Split Dollar and Wealthy
and Wise®
(previously named "InsGift") will attract interest
from charities as well as inquiries from consumers, attorneys,
accountants, and trust officers. Our Internet site may also
generate some lead activity. We will make a serious effort to
produce leads in this and other ways, but we are not warranting
or guaranteeing that this membership benefit will result in a
specific number of leads or sales.
**There are producers who are not yet candidates
for InsMark's senior level of licensing who will welcome a case-sharing
relationship with a Power Producer, and InsMark will try
to be proactive in fostering such relationships.
