Reimbursement Program
InsMark's Fee Reimbursement Program:
The best way for any organization to build its associates is
via recommendations from current participants. Consequently, InsMark
wants you to help determine the makeup of our Power Producers
Marketing Group. In order to encourage you to do so, for every
new Power Producer (Platinum Level) who licenses as a result
of your referral, we will reduce your monthly maintenance by $50
-- for as long as the referred Power Producer remains licensed.
For every such Power Producer (Gold Level) you refer, we
will reduce it by $30, and for Silver level, $15.
You must continue to be licensed as a Power Producer in
order to receive this ongoing fee reduction, and your monthly
maintenance fee cannot be reduced below $0.
We understand that you might be concerned about recruiting competition
in your own backyard. If you are, refer us to a professional friend
in another part of the U.S.
The best way for you to refer a prospective Power Producer
to us and qualify for fee reduction is to encourage your referral
to attend one of our Advanced Marketing Seminars held
monthly at different cities throughout the U.S. Please contact
your InsMark Account Executive 1-888-InsMark (467-6275) with your
suggested referrals.

criteria listed on the following page, to refund all or a portion
of licensing fees paid to InsMark by a Power Producer.

InsMark has arranged for JHFG to provide marketing assistance
in association with InsMark products. You can take advantage
of this service without changing your current broker-dealer
relationship and without running afoul of "selling away"
prohibitions. By taking advantage of this service, you will
be provided with turnkey presentation reports in hardcopy form.
If you need assistance with complex InsMark illustrations or
simply want to spend more of your time in the field, be sure
to take a look into this unique offer. All of the services from
JHFG are available to any InsMark licensee on the systems for
which he/she is licensed.
Special Program for Power Producers:
When earned first-year compensation through JHFG meets
or exceeds $100,000 in your first 12 months under contract with
them, JHFG has agreed to reimburse up to $2,500 of your Power
Producers' fees paid in that year; at $200,000 the reimbursement
can be as high as $5,000.
Second and subsequent years' maximum reimbursement is $1,000
for Power Producers and requires a minimum of $100,000
of first-year compensation earned through JHFG. JHFG will combine
production from all its carriers and all lines of business (including
life insurance, disability income, annuities and securities*)
toward the reimbursement production requirement.
